    The design of the diecasting tool bases itself on the customer’s requirements as regards volumes, cycle time and resources available for the project. The filling and solidification simulation enables the optimization of the feeding of the part, the position and number of the venting elements, the areas to thermo regulate and/or cool down even with the use of jet cooling pins, the areas where the volumetric shrinkage needs to be compensated with squeezing pins. We build die casting tools for HPDC presses with closing strength up to 1200 ton.
